Brief description of the variety and its main characteristics:
A vigorous, yellow beefsteak tomato. Early to medium ripening with very good yield and resistant to late blight. It does well when planted in the ground inside a tomato house, but it can also be set in a sunny spot next to a wall. Due to its height reaching around 180cm though, the pot should be quite large. The fruits are homogeneous, with little liquid and few seeds. Its taste is hardly reminiscent of a tomato, it is juicy-sweet and very mild. Perfect for an alkaline diet if you don’t want to go without tomatoes. When skinned, semi-dried and marinated in quality olive oil, it develops a strong and exotic fruity aroma that is unparalleled.
