Brief description of the variety and its main characteristics:
This winter wheat belongs to the sub-species named cone wheat. It reaches a height of 110 cm and matures late. It should be harvested soon after harvest maturity, because it easily germinates under weather conditions with lasting humidity. The variety is very suitable to produce noodles and renders a tasty grainy flour, which is typical for durum wheat. The populations has been selected over many years for improved resistance to lodging and higher yield. Seeds will be available in October 2018.
